Dear Carriage House:
I just wanted to let you know that you (and UPS
Ground, I guess!) made my day today. When I got home my box had
arrived! I have never had an online order processed and delivered
so quickly. UPS Ground usually is 12 -14 days! I had
resigned myself to believe this gift for my son's graduation for his
master's degree in Music education on Saturday would not arrive to be
given on his honored day -- but thanks to you it will happen. He
is my Leader of the Band and this will let him know how very proud
I am of him ON HIS DAY! If you have a direct line to ups please
relay my excitement and appreciation for a speedy delivery to them!
Your pricing was great, shipping was free, and
came with an unexpected and unbelievable delivery time.

Hi,
A very belated thank you for providing the most courteous, pleasant
& satisfying holiday purchase of the season. I did almost all of my
Christmas shopping on-line, and had many frustrating experiences, from
promised merchandise that turned out to be unavailable, backordered,
not as expected, arrived in poor condition, etc. Not only did you come
through, you promptly responded to my question, shipped immediately
(before I could think twice it was here) & it (clock) was
beautifully boxed, & packed- in short, a 10!
